  • Two Bedroom Garden House – NZ$450 for up to 4 adults

The Two Bedroom Garden House can accommodate up to 5 adults. Please enquire for additional guest rates.

Minimum Stay: 5 nights

Walk-in Rates: Available subject to availability.

 

Check-in & Check-out

Standard Times

  • Check-in: From 2:00 pm
  • Check-out: By 10:00 am

Please provide your flight details when booking. Whenever possible, and subject to availability, we are happy to be flexible with arrival and departure times.

Early Check-in (ECI)

  • From 10:00 am – NZ$120
  • From 6:00 am – NZ$180
  • Before 6:00 am – Full night's accommodation charge applies.

Late Check-out (LCO)

  • Until 2:00 pm – NZ$120
  • Until 6:00 pm – NZ$180
  • After 6:00 pm – Full night's accommodation charge applies.

All Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability.

Please note that ECI and LCO may be accommodated in a different bungalow from your original booking if your reserved accommodation is unavailable. Guests will be advised in advance if this is necessary.

 

Payment

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking value is required within 7 days of making your booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival in Rarotonga.

A confirmation email will be sent after each payment is received. When making payment, please include your surnameand arrival date as your payment reference.

Further payment information will be provided with your booking confirmation.

 

Cancellation Policy

If your travel plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 8 weeks before arrival, less a NZ$100 non-refundable booking fee.

For cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival, the following applies:

  • 8–4 weeks before arrival: 15% of the total booking value will be retained, with the remaining balance refunded.
  • 4–2 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total booking value will be retained, with the remaining balance refunded.
  • Within 2 weeks of arrival or no-show: Full payment will be retained, less any nights that are successfully rebooked.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

 

Wi-Fi & Connectivity

Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

If you require mobile data during your stay, we recommend purchasing a Vodafone Cook Islands Travel SIM at Rarotonga International Airport on arrival.

The current NZ$49 Travel SIM includes:

  • 5GB of data
  • 30 minutes of calling
  • 300 text messages
  • Calls and texts to selected overseas destinations, including New Zealand, Australia, and the USA
  • Valid for 15 days

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests:

  • Adults only (18 years and over).
  • Strict No Party Policy.
  • We do not accept hen's parties, stag parties, or similar group events.
  • Functions, celebrations, and gatherings are not permitted on the property.
  • We are committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and respecting the privacy, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests.
